Rubber Drum Mandrel with Quick Lock Spindle

Use for mounting abrasive sanding bands. The bands are held in place by the expansion of the solid rubber drum which provides a cushion backing for a smooth, even finish. Rubber expansion is controlled by tightening/loosening the spindle. Turn spindle clockwise to expand rubber for quick-lock, and counter clockwise to loosen for quick-change
