If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly make an exchange or refund the purchase price.

Returns & Exchanges

Jaymes Company will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days from invoice date. A return authorization must be given before sending back merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging without any damages. Any items used will not be allowed to be returned. All videos and DVDs are not returnable; if defective, we will exchange for the same title.


Prices are subject to change without notice. We have tried our best to make sure our information and prices are correct, but errors could happen and we reserve the right to make corrections.  All prices are in U.S. dollars.
