Rubber Drum Mandrel - Left-handed

Use for mounting abrasive sanding bands. The bands are held in place by the expansion of the solid rubber drum which provides a cushion backing for a smooth, even finish. Rubber expansion is controlled by tightening/loosening the slotted screw. . Left hand threads holds the accessory securely and self tighten while running in reverse operation. Notch on bottom of shank and black threaded screw tops identify this mandrel as left hand threaded.
