Rubber Drum Mandrel
Use for mounting abrasive sanding bands. The bands are held in place by the expansion of the solid rubber drum which provides a cushion backing for a smooth, even finish. Rubber expansion is controlled by tightening/loosening the slotted screw.

Size: 3/8" diameter x 1" long head - 2 5/8" overall lenght.
