These casts are the same ones used in the carving classes. If you use acrylic paints, simply wash your cast with denatured alcohol and you’re ready to practice again.

* This particular cast is unique to the others in the Guge cast collection. It is referred to as a “work in progress”. One side of the cast is completely detailed and finished. The other side was left in a process phase. This was done so that students might get an education on how to Learn feather group layout , preparing the surface for texture, pre texture, texture difference between stoning and burning, one eye mount with and one without the eye ring. We are excited about this new process look in our castings.
