Dura-Grit burs are tungsten carbide grit coated on steel shapes, mounted on strong heavy duty 1/8" mandrels. These powerful, long lasting cutting and shaping tools cut fast and leave a smooth finish. Very long life, grit will not tear loose, and edges stay sharp.Use for cutting hard & soft woods, fiberglass, laminated, plastics, leather, rubber. Run at speeds up to 35,000rpm.

The gritted edge of this  wheel cuts cleanly and quickly up to a full 1/2" in depth. Great for hobbies, crafts and DIY jobs about the house.
