Concave Cutters - large size set

These cutters have concaved cutting teeth that produces a ball shape cut. When we first discovered these cutters in the 80's from a trip to Germany we gave a set to Ernie Muelhmatt. He started using them to produce the reticulate bumps on the bottom of bird feet. So thats how they became to be know as Reticulate Cutters. The small set works well on song birds, medium set for larger birds, and the large set works well for habitat, wooden eyes, buttons, etc. We suggest that you taper the outside edge so it is very sharp on the cutting end. This will allow you to form bumps very close together.
